For reasons already explained, this website's forum had to be closed down. However this penalised those who sent in general news items and reports of activities at such organisations as the parish council, Belmont and Northolme centres and at SHARP.

This new service rectifies that omission. Anyone who has factual news, as opposed to opinion, is welcome to submit material in the usual way below. The website editor will be the final judge of the submission's merits and there may well be discrimination against those who opt for pseudonyms
