Glenda: time to step aside
Parishioners attending 2009 - 2010 Belmont Rural parish council meetings, or reading the minutes, will note that former parish councillor Ms Glenda Powell failed to carry out her basic decision taking duties by not appearing at these meetings.

Ms Powell appears to have been seen "out and about" the area (M.R.Hiles email 342) so why did she avoid the meetings throughout this extended six-month period which has now resulted in the unnecessary public expense of an election? Glenda, it is time to step aside to allow a more active parishioner take decisions at the council.

I wholeheartedly agree with the genuine web contribution (staggered about election 337) showing concern for Ms Powell's health but also questioning her decision taking ability.
