Remarks were "offensive"
I think the remarks made by Abbey View with regard to Ms Powell are offensive and can be regarded as discriminatory. If Abbey View wants to have a go at retired folk I can think of another member of parish council who should call it a day. At least we see Ms Powell out and about in the area which is more that can be said for others.
