NCCA: What constitutes "official"
I would like to thank the editor for his footnote concerning the posting of the May 14 minutes and appreciate his concerns. I would however like to make it clear that there were four directors and five members of the NCCA at the meeting. Using the editor's own words there were "offical" officers at this meeting.

The minutes are not "the deliberations of a group" but a factual report of an official meeting of the NCCA that all directors, members and the general public were cordially invited to.

I fully respect the decision of the editor as to what is posted on this site and believe he is fair and transparent in making his own decisions on what is and what is not to be posted.

NOTE: Let me put it slightly differently. It is inarguable that there is a difference of opinion between those who make up the NCCA. Until this is resolved statements about these differences will appear only in the website email and not on the section of the site devoted to the NCCA. However, neutral material, like the booking form, can appear in this section. - Website editor.
