NCCA: "Invalid" claim too strong
With apologies to the editor for continuing this subject, I would respectfully suggest to Mrs Myatt that a procedural error in appointing directors does not, in law, lead to a meeting being invalid. Also the move to stage a re-take of the AGM is itself invalid. The NCCA "take over team" should perhaps read up on company and charity law.
