NCCA: EGM minutes coming
In response to Glenys' query (email 332) procedures at the NCCA AGM were not carried out correctly which made the re-election of some of the board invalid. The minutes of the meeting cover this and other inconsistencies. As I write the minutes are currently being approved by the chair, directors and members of the NCCA who attended the EGM on May 14. Once they have been approved I will be requesting that the editor post them on the NCCA section of this site.

NOTE: I am in a quandary about publishing the EGM minutes on the NCCA section of the website. Doing so suggests they have authorised status whereas - at the moment at least - they represent the deliberations of a group that is separate from the "official" officers. Until these two factions come together and a joint statement is made I am limited to publishing emails. I hope that neither side takes this to mean that the website favours one faction over the other. - Website editor
