Belmont Centre: some good news
At long last, after a delay of 14 months since the previous agreement expired, South Wye Community Association’s trustees have signed, sealed and delivered a new lease to the Legal Services Dept., Herefordshire District Council. SWCA looks forward to receiving a substantial back rent payment, a new monthly rent increased by 20%: which in future will be index linked to the retail price index and a tenancy secured until April 2014.

We are very grateful that Herefordshire Library Service continues to operate the Belmont Library in our premises: but its not just a library. We wish to remind readers that every Tuesday Herefordshire Council provides an “info” desk. (This allows the public to obtain general information about how to access a variety of council services, without having to trek into town).

Parents and children (age group 0-4 years) please note, you can join Amy for a “Baby bounce and rhyme” session every Saturday at 10.30am. See our new poster outside the Belmont Centre for further details.
