Re: Overview and Security. Day by day operational decisions will be taken by managers charged with completing minor works such as the Tesco mini-roundabout paving and capping of the raised centre which, I understand, houses mains electric cabling.

The scrutiny functions of Herefordshire Council are published on their website and therefore a matter of public record but I am happy to offer more detail on a one to one basis if required.
