State (apparently) has no 
totalitarian ambitions
In polite response to V Robinson's global eastern membership's concerns, what you see in Belmont, is what you get, an active cycling independent councillor doing his best for his community and proud to have the opportunity to do so.

Regarding county duties, the Government has changed strategic monitoring committee (SMC) roles into the later description of overview & scrutiny committee (OSC) roles throughout country and county.

No need to be scared but (returning to Belmont) please can we all retain Pride in Parish and care for all as best we can collectively.
